HR Generalist – Experienced ( Immediate Start Would be Preferred )

- Support monthly payroll processing, statutory insurance, employee benefits, and final settlements accurately and on time.

- Prepare labor contracts and HR documentation while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.

- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, offboarding, clearance, and exit procedures.

- Support recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support salary reviews, promotions, and related documentation.

- Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, company events, and employee inquiries.

- Coordinate visas, work permits, TRCs, and other expatriate-related procedures in compliance with applicable regulations.

- Prepare statutory labor reports and support compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations and company policies.

- Maintain HR data and prepare regular reports on headcount, attendance, turnover, and other HR metrics.

- Coordinate with HR/Admin vendors and support audits, internal projects, and general administrative activities.

- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned to support business operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar role.

- Good knowledge of payroll, statutory insurance, labor contracts, and Vietnamese labor regulations.

- Experience with visa, work permit, and TRC procedures is an advantage.

- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with foreign managers, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and relevant experience.
