Job Description:

- Handle full-cycle recruitment for company positions.

- Post job ads, screen CVs and conduct interviews.

- Support probation assessment and annual performance evaluation.

- Participate in building KPI systems, HR policies and HR surveys.

- Maintain HR records and support HR administrative tasks.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- BA degree of human resources management; law or relevant qualification

- 3-5 years experience in Human resources & Administration

- Good knowledge and skills in recruitment, training, and appraisal

- Ability to work under pressure

- Good social and cultural knowledge, good communication skill

- Strong written, listening, reading and speaking English skills

- Computer: Microsoft offices, Email, Social networks, Job network
