Manage employee relations, discipline, and labor dispute resolution in compliance with labor laws.
Advise management on compensation & benefits, welfare, and reward policies.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and international audit standards (social compliance, brand audits).Coordinate HR activities with Trade Union and other internal/external stakeholders.
Oversee HR team performance (14 members: C&B, TA, L&, ER).Lead and supervise the Administration team (4 members), ensuring smooth daily operations.
Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, and workspace planning.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative services.
Ensure a safe, efficient, and professional working environment.
Support expatriates with administrative services and compliance matters.
Identify risks and improve administrative processes.
Handle legal-related administrative matters in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Yêu cầu công việc
Female preferred, aged from 35 to 45.Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of experience in equivalent role, managing both HR & Admin in FDI manufacturing companies (garment or footwear preferred) with 500+ employees.
Strong experience in mass recruitment and workforce planning.
Solid knowledge of labor law, HR systems, and social compliance audits.
Good command of English (4 skills).
