Home Loan Sales & Customer Service Specialist

Note: This role does not require cold calling. You will focus exclusively on looking after our existing client base and identifying new opportunities from within these existing relationships.

As a Home Loan Sale & Customer Service Specialist at LAFIN Group, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. This position requires a proactive approach to client retention and a commitment to achieving sales targets by nurturing the clients we already have. You will leverage your customer service and sales experience to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities

1. Client Pricing Review & Analysis

- Review existing home loan pricing and identify retention opportunities.

- Assess clients' lending positions and prepare pricing requests where required.

- Ensure all pricing recommendations are accurate and aligned with company and lender requirements.

2. Client Retention

- Contact existing clients to discuss pricing outcomes and available retention options.

- Deliver clear, professional communication and provide an exceptional client experience.

- Escalate complex lending or refinancing enquiries to the appropriate Broker, Manager, or Senior Team Member.

3. Pipeline & Case Management

- Manage and prioritise an assigned portfolio of retention cases.

- Prepare retention call lists and ensure all cases are actioned within agreed service standards.

- Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems in a timely manner.

4. Collaboration

- Work collaboratively with Brokers, Managers, and Senior Team Members to achieve positive client outcomes.

- Escalate matters outside delegated authority and support a collaborative team environment.

**Requirements and Qualifications

Candidate Preference: Female candidates are preferred.

General Experience: Minimum of 3 years of overall working experience.

Role-Specific Experience: At least 2 years of experience specifically in customer service and sales.

Education: Background in business or finance-related fields is strongly preferred.

Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be highly proactive on all tasks, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

**Working Hours:

Flexible working hours from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break, with potential for remote work arrangements.

**Salary: 14,000,000 VND base (12,000,000 VND during probation), potentially 15,000,000 - 18,000,000 VND with uncapped commission (Base salary can be reviewed based on performance and experience).
