• Responsible for all aspects of daily operations for the assigned funds, including accounting booking, trade processing, fee payment and other investment activities. • Handle the Net asset values (NAV) for funds with pre-agreed deadline with client. • Prepare timely and accurately the Financial Regulatory (SSC) reports. • Work closely with Fund Management Companies (FMCs) to review audit reports of fund. • Collaborate with FMCs to review Fund document (Charter, Prospectus), Fund accounting policy, pricing policy. • Record accurately, and in accordance with the Department policies and procedures, such accounting records for income. • Work closely Custody team and other team in the bank for smoothly daily operation. • Update the Procedure of Department. • Support monitoring daily operations for the funds to make sure it is complied with fund’s Charter and Prospectus. • Answer daily queries of clients.
