1. S&OP PLANNING (Core Function)

• Design and lead the S&OP process as the primary integrating mechanism between Commercial (CGO/Sales), Supply (Farming, Liên Kết), Post-Harvest, and Finance

• Connect demand signals from CGO/Sales into a unified supply plan — the role receives and integrates demand inputs, but does not create demand

• Own monthly S&OP cycle end-to-end: demand review, supply review, gap identification, reconciliation, and executive sign-off

• Translate demand plan into operational commitments: harvest schedule, Liên Kết sourcing, Post-Harvest capacity, DC routing, channel delivery

• Build and maintain rolling forecast process: ensure Commercial, Supply, and Finance are operating from one set of numbers

• Develop Make-vs-Buy framework: define when to source from internal farms vs Liên Kết based on cost, quality, availability, and strategic priority

• Build E2E Supply Planning model: plan from crop scheduling (owned farms + Liên Kết sourcing) through post-harvest processing, finished goods preparation, to final logistics — understanding the true capacity ceiling of the entire system by SKU and season, enabling credible and reliable commitments to each channel

• Design contingency protocols: supply shortfall, weather disruption, seasonal demand spikes

• Establish S&OP governance: meeting cadence, data standards, escalation paths, and decision rights between Commercial and Operations

2. POST-HARVEST OPERATIONS

• Lead end-to-end post-harvest operations: receiving, pre-cooling, grading and sorting by quality tiers tailored to different customer groups and channel requirements, processing, packaging, and quality check at Post-Harvest Centers and DCs

• Define and implement WinEco Quality Standard in close collaboration with QAQC — establishing a proactive internal benchmark that sets the bar for all channels (WCM, B2B, HoReCa, Export), rather than reacting to individual customer requirements

• Build multi-channel capability: design Post-Harvest Center operations to serve multiple channels simultaneously with channel-specific specs and routing

• Drive recovery rate improvement and shrinkage reduction

• Coordinate QC at Post-Harvest Centers and DCs in partnership with QA Lead

3. LOGISTICS

• Own end-to-end logistics from Post-Harvest Hubs/Platforms → DC → customer delivery

• Design routing and distribution model by channel: WCM, B2B, HoReCa, Export

• Optimize cost-to-serve while maintaining OTIF performance

• Manage third-party logistics partnerships (DC operators, cold chain carriers)

• Build real-time logistics tracking and OTIF visibility

4. COLD STORAGE & PRESERVATION

• Establish and maintain cold chain compliance: pre-cooling, cold room, refrigerated transport

• Develop preservation protocols by SKU to maximize shelf life and minimize waste

• Plan cold storage capacity to match seasonal supply fluctuations

• Evaluate and implement new preservation technologies to extend product shelf life

5. PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT

• Lead packaging strategy: material selection, format, spec by channel and SKU

• Develop packaging that supports added-value products: cut vegetables, salad kits, ready-to-cook

• Drive sustainability and cost efficiency in packaging without compromising quality

• Coordinate with R&D and Commercial on new product packaging requirements

6. OPERATIONS INNOVATION

• Identify and implement automation and technology solutions across post-harvest operations

• Develop added-value processing capability: cut veg, salad kit, fresh-cut — unlocking premium margin

• Build digital operations: Post-Harvest dashboard, real-time production tracking, alert systems

Yêu cầu công việc

• 12+ years in supply chain, with leadership experience spanning S&OP/IBP, post-harvest operations, and logistics in fresh produce, FMCG, or food

• Proven track record building and transforming supply chain capability in a multi-channel environment

• Deep understanding of S&OP as an integrating process — experience connecting commercial demand into operational execution

• Experience in packaging development and/or operations innovation is a strong plus

• Strong cross-functional leader: able to facilitate S&OP forums with Commercial, Finance, and Operations

• Data-driven with strong analytical skills; comfortable with dashboard design and supply chain KPIs

• Experience with cold chain management and preservation technology preferred

• Fluent Vietnamese; English required for Masan Group reporting
