Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee the Legal & Compliance function of PBSV, providing practical legal and regulatory advice and ensuring the Company’s operations comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Legal & Compliance function, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Group requirements.

• Provide legal and regulatory advice to the Board of Directors, senior management and business units on business operations, contracts, products and strategic initiatives.

• Review and advise on contracts, policies, procedures and legal documents, and monitor regulatory developments relevant to PBSV.

• Lead and oversee the Legal & Compliance framework, ensuring effective implementation of applicable legal, regulatory and internal requirements across the Company.

• Manage legal and compliance risks and incidents, ensuring timely identification, escalation and remediation.

• Promote a strong compliance culture through training, awareness and communication, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• University degree or higher in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; a professional legal or securities qualification is an advantage.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in legal and compliance, preferably in securities, banking, financial services or other regulated industries.

• Proven experience in managing legal and compliance matters, with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations, particularly securities, corporate, commercial and contract law.

• Good understanding of regulatory compliance, corporate governance and internal control frameworks.

• Strong legal analysis, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Good command of written English and Vietnamese, with the ability to draft and review legal and regulatory documents.
