Moving beyond the traditional "training center" model, MHG is strategically positioning itself as the developer of human resources and AI infrastructure for the hospitality industry. This core strategy establishes a distinct competitive advantage to attract top-tier professionals who share our vision. We are seeking a Program Director – MHG Hospitality Academy to execute the following core responsibilities:

- System Design: Develop the Competency Framework and standardize SOPs for all positions and levels within the industry.

- Academic Product Development: Establish and implement the MHG standard professional certification system.

- Training Digitalization: Collaborate directly with the technology team to digitize training modules, transitioning from traditional formats to an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Coach system.

- Resource Development: Recruit, build, and manage a network of Master Trainers consisting of active or former hospitality executives with practical operational experience.

- Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with our network of corporate partners to continuously update and adapt the curriculum, ensuring strict alignment with practical market demands.

Candidate Profile

- A minimum of 5 years of experience operating within 4–5 star hotel systems.

- Proven track record in senior executive roles: General Manager, Cluster GM, Director of Operations, or Director of Learning & Development.

- Possess a strong system-building mindset, the ability to standardize complex processes, and a forward-thinking approach to integrating technology and AI into training programs.
