[HCM] Underwriting Executive, Accident & Health (A&H) (1-year contract)

Manage the end-to-end Underwriting process for both New Business and Renewals within the Accident & Health (A&H) portfolio.
Review customer application forms and medical records to assess risks. Act as the primary point of contact for Sales Handlers, Agents, Corporate Agents, and Brokers to request additional information to support for underwriting process.
Manage and resolve tickets via the internal Underwriting (UW) Workflow system, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between UW/PM (Policy Management) and the Sales departments.
Provide technical support to other UW team members.
Execute other duties as assigned by the Product A&H Leader, ensuring all underwriting decisions comply with company guidelines and local regulations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance, or related fields.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Non-life Insurance industry. Specific experience in handling A&H products and familiarity with the local Vietnamese insurance market is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports.
Proven time management and project management capabilities; ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
