I. ROLE PURPOSE

The Senior Finance Analyst with a primary focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role is responsible for management reporting, budget planning & monitoring, supporting monthly P&L review with Operations, ad-hoc analysis, and supporting company KPI monitoring.

II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Management Report

- Prepare accurate and timely management reports for senior leadership, consolidating financial performance across business units.

- Ensure consistency, accuracy and clarity of financial data presented to management.

- Continuously improve reporting templates and processes for efficiency and better insights.

Planning & Monitor Budget

- Support the company‘s annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

- Track actual spending against approved budgets, providing variance analysis and highlighting risks/opportunities.

- Work with department heads to ensure budget discipline and follow up on corrective actions when needed.

- Support Prepare Monthly P&L Review with Operations

- Partner to prepare and review monthly P&L results with the Operations.

- Analyze key drivers of performance (revenue, cost, margin) and flag deviations vs. plan/prior periods.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Operations based on P&L findings.

Analysis – Adhoc

- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and build business cases to support management decision-making.

- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors as requested.

- Support cross-functional projects requiring financial input and analysis.

1. Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor‘s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or a similar analytical role.

- Big 4 background is preferred.

- Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel/reporting tools.

- Experience in building and maintaining dashboards, and applying automation tools/techniques to streamline reporting processes is a strong plus.

- Experience in the retail, F&B, or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

2. Personality and Interpersonal Skills

- Strong quantitative and analytical competency.

- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.

- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high level of attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with executive/director-level management.
