[Hanoi] Senior IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Operations Management

- Lead and manage the overall IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and operations across multiple business locations.

- Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of all IT systems, networks, servers, cloud environments, and end-user devices.

- Evaluate, recommend, and implement infrastructure improvements to support business growth and operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, standards, and disaster recovery plans.

- Oversee IT support services and ensure timely resolution of technical issues for internal users.

2. Enterprise Applications Management

- Manage and support critical business applications including ERP, CRM, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other enterprise platforms.

- Coordinate application enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities and optimize business processes.

- Ensure application performance, system stability, and user satisfaction.

3. Data Management & Governance

- Establish and maintain data governance standards, policies, and best practices across the organization.

- Drive initiatives to improve data quality, integrity, consistency, accessibility, and security.

- Collaborate with business functions to optimize data structures and reporting capabilities.

- Support the development of data-driven decision-making through effective data management frameworks and tools.

4. Cybersecurity & Information Security

- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and controls to protect business-critical information assets.

- Assess security risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

- Ensure compliance with internal security requirements and industry best practices.

- Lead security awareness initiatives and promote a strong information security culture throughout the organization.

- Manage cybersecurity incidents, investigations, and remediation activities when required.

5. IT Project Management & Digital Initiatives

- Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through implementation and operational handover.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

- Support the company's digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies where appropriate.

- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI, and innovative technologies to enhance business performance.

6. Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and develop a multi-functional IT team covering IT Operations, Help Desk, Software/Application Support, and Data functions.

- Establish clear objectives, performance metrics, and development plans for team members.

- Foster a collaborative, customer-oriented, and high-performance working culture.

- Manage external vendors, consultants, and technology partners to ensure service quality and value delivery.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.

- Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, and support operations.

- Strong exposure to ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent), CRM systems, and enterprise business applications.

- Experience in data governance, data management, and reporting environments.

- Demonstrated success in leading IT projects and cross-functional initiatives.

- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and information security practices.

- Experience supporting organizations with multiple sites, branches, stores, warehouses, or nationwide operations is highly preferred.

- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, business stakeholders, and external technology partners.
