[Hà Nội] Transportation Manager (Cross Border Transportation)

1. Strategic Solutions & Commercial Growth
Engineering Solutions: Design customized domestic and regional trucking frameworks, including milk-runs, long-haul routes, cross-border road (CBR), and short-haul configurations.
Pricing Models: Develop end-to-end costing matrices, operational flow charts, and strategic commercial pricing proposals for incoming business inquiries.
Business Development Partnership: Team up with the Commercial division to pitch logistics capabilities and directly present transportation solutions to enterprise prospects.
Consolidation Strategy: Build and implement smart cargo consolidation programs to maximize container/truck space utilization and drive down expenditures.
2. Vendor Partnerships & Account Success
Subcontractor Sourcing & Negotiation: Source, negotiate, and secure cost-effective freight rates with external transport vendors while maintaining strict quality control.
Vendor Compliance: Continuously audit and evaluate subcontractor performance against service level agreements.
Account Service Delivery: Personally oversee standalone trucking accounts, addressing client inquiries and ensuring total customer satisfaction.
3. Execution, Fleet Optimization & Risk Mitigation
Fleet & Resource Optimization: Architect a highly productive vehicle fleet strategy, supervising company-owned vans and drivers to maximize routing efficiency.
Operational Excellence: Direct day-to-day transport activities to safeguard service stability and meet client-specific KPIs within the targeted time and budget.
Risk & Crisis Control: Proactively pinpoint operational or financial risks, troubleshoot customer grievances, and ensure all processes align with internal compliance policies.
4. Financial & Contract Integrity
Billing Excellence: Oversee the prompt and error-free execution of the billing cycle for both client invoices and subcontractor payouts.
Contractual Oversight: Manage transport contracts, legal addendums, and annexes with diligence.

Industry Longevity: A minimum of 10 years deep-rooted experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics, featuring at least 3 years successfully steering trucking operations at a managerial tier.
Cross-Border Expertise: Proven track record in handling Cross-Border Transportation (CBT) is an absolute must.
Leadership Style: A resolute, empathetic leader with demonstrable experience in managing large teams, coaching drivers/staff, and settling internal conflicts.
Technical & Analytical Prowess: Solid geographical command of regional road, rail, and transit hubs. Highly analytical with strong data interpretation skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Communication: Outstanding English fluency (C-Level). Superb relationship-building skills to influence both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Resilience: A composed problem-solver who thrives under tight schedules, works autonomously, and maintains logical thinking under pressure.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent university qualification.
