Growth Marketing Executive

1. Campaign Execution & In-store Support (Core Responsibility)
Support the execution of in-store campaigns (promotion, seasonal campaigns, activations, etc.).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Design, etc.) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and as planned.
Track and consolidate basic performance of in-store campaigns (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, etc.).
Support issue tracking during execution and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
2. POSM & Store Communication
Support the implementation, production, and in-store execution of POSM across the store network.
Ensure POSM is deployed according to guidelines, on time, and in the correct quantity at each store.
Support maintaining brand consistency and communication standards at retail stores.
Assist in improving in-store visual execution to enhance customer attraction.
Minimum 1 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or equivalent roles.
Prior experience in campaign execution or in-store activation is a strong advantage.
Basic understanding of offline customer behavior and retail store operations.
Ability to consolidate and report performance based on basic data.
Strong communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, fast-moving, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with AI tools to support daily work is a plus.
