Key Responsibilities

• Supervise check-in and boarding operations

• Verify passports and travel documents

• Provide passenger assistance and customer service

• Handle baggage and special service requests

• Support flight delays and irregular operations

• Coordinate with airport authorities and ground handling companies

• Perform general administrative duties for Trinity Airways Phu Quoc Station

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree

• TOEIC 600+, TOEIC Speaking IM2+, OPIC IM2+, or IELTS Overall Band 5.5+

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Available to work rotating shifts, including night shifts

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork

Preferred

• Previous experience with an airline, airport, or ground handling company

• Experience in the service industry
