Job Description
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers.
Oversee the design process from conceptualization to final delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals & follow standard brand guidelines.
Ensure design consistency across all projects and platforms.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.
Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of creative assets.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
Good leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, creative, problem solving and time-management skills.
Having photo shooting, motion graphic, video creation & AI adoption skills is a MUST.
This position reports directly to an expatriate manager; therefore, proficiency in English communication is a mandatory requirement.
