Government Affairs Manager (Pharmaceutical)

The Government Affairs Manager handles external relations, monitors regulatory changes, and supports market access strategies. This role focuses on maintaining networks with healthcare authorities, analyzing industry policies, and collaborating internally to drive procurement and product listings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
External Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and sustain strategic networks with national and provincial healthcare authorities, regulatory bodies, and social insurance agencies.
• Represent the company in high-level policy forums and industry association committees.
• Drive initiatives that enhance corporate reputation and external partnerships.
Policy Analysis, Market Access & Compliance
• Track healthcare and pharmaceutical policy changes, providing strategic impact assessments to leadership.
• Support market access, reimbursement strategies, and public tender procedures.
• Work with drug committees at major institutional accounts to secure product formulary inclusion.
• Provide strategic market insights while ensuring all activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Law, or Business.
• Experience: 3–5 years in Government Affairs, Market Access, or Public Affairs within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Vietnam’s pharmacy laws, pricing policies, and public procurement/tender guidelines.
• Skills: Strong networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Compliance: High integrity with a solid grasp of local anti-corruption laws and international anti-bribery regulations (e.g., FCPA).
• Languages: Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese.
