•  Planning and preparing high-quality IELTS classes 
• Teaching classes assigned at one or multiple schools/centers. 
• Preparing for lessons and teaching according to the education needs, abilities and achievements of the individual students or groups of students; 
• Assessing, recording and reporting students’ progress 
• Maintaining discipline amongst students under one’s care and safeguarding their health and safety at all times. 
• Completing and administration related to teaching 
• Maintaining teaching standards in line with SIMPace standards and observation forms. 
• Providing study practice opportunities for students in coordination with lesson outcomes and teacher expectations. 
• Providing feedback to students based on their needs and expectations. 
• Participating in training with a view to professional development. 
• Marking mock tests upon request. 
• Class observation. 
• Report monthly or quarterly about the status of the teaching development.  

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum of 7.5 on the IELTS exam
• At least 2 year experience in teaching IELTS
• At least 1 year in a team leader role
• University Degree
• Deep knowledge of the IELTS exam.
• Well-developed presentation, instruction and communication skills.
• Clear accent and pronunciation
• A great deal of energy and enthusiasm
• Receptive feedback and willingness to undertake professional development
