- Planning and preparing high-quality IELTS classes.
- Teaching classes assigned at one or multiple schools/centers.
- Preparing for lessons and teaching according to the education needs, abilities and achievements of the individual students or groups of students.
- Assessing, recording and reporting students’ progress.
- Maintaining discipline amongst students under one’s care and safeguarding their health and safety at all times.
- Completing and administration related to teaching.
- Maintaining teaching standards in line with SIMPace standards and observation forms.
- Providing study practice opportunities for students in coordination with lesson outcomes and teacher expectations.
- Providing feedback to students based on their needs and expectations.
- Participating in training with a view to professional development.
- Marking mock tests upon request.
- Class observation.
- Report monthly or quarterly about the status of the teaching development.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 7.5 on the IELTS exam.
- At least 2 year experience in teaching IELTS.
- At least 1 year in a team leader role.
- University Degree.
- Deep knowledge of the IELTS exam.
- Well-developed presentation, instruction and communication skills.
- Clear accent and pronunciation.
- A great deal of energy and enthusiasm.
- Receptive feedback and willingness to undertake professional development.
