Mô tả công việc

• Manage costing, inventory, and financial analysis activities.

• Prepare monthly reports and monitor manufacturing KPIs.

• Analyze costs, variances, and profitability to support business decisions.

• Support pricing, quotation, and budgeting activities.

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures.

• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and other departments.

• Support audits and continuous improvement projects.

• Lead and guide accounting team members when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.

• Knowledge of costing and inventory management.

• Good Excel and ERP system skills.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Good English communication.
