●Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
● Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear KPIs and driving high performance.
● Expand and strengthen distribution networks across Retail, Modern Trade, General Trade, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés), Corporate Sales, and Distributors.
● Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to accelerate market expansion.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
● Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop promotional campaigns, brand activation programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to recommend effective business strategies.
● Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analysis for the Executive Management Team.
● Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution of the Company's commercial strategy.
● Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Sales Management, preferably within the Wine, Spirits, Beverage, FMCG, Retail Distribution, or F&B industries.
● Proven track record in developing and managing distribution channels and achieving ambitious sales targets.
● Strong network within the wine industry, HORECA, retail chains, distributors, or key accounts is highly preferred.
● Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
● Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
