General Accountant

Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam operates as a developer and distributor of software solutions for business automation on 1C:Enterprise platform. There are over 5000 companies in Vietnam using 1C solutions in their everyday business operation. 1C Vietnam partnership network actively expanding through the major cities across the country. 
 

Responsibilities

• Manage AR and follow up AR for finished and un-finished projects
• Ensure all sales and expenses are properly recognized in a timely manner
• Issues VAT invoices
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT and FCT)
• Control the validation of all tax invoices and other documents to make sure expenses are reasonable under tax law
• Prepare quarterly financial statements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly revenue/ expenses reports
• Work with the auditor for annual financial reports
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountant / Finance is required
• At least 2-year experience in general accountant position
• Good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Familiar with accounting software
• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
