Tuyển dụng General Accountant tại Bắc Ninh

1. Costing:

- Build and strictly control Bill of Materials (BOM) standard costs; perform Variance Analysis between actual costs and standard costs to identify cost bottlenecks.

- Calculate and allocate overhead costs (Overhead Allocation) periodically, ensuring an accurate financial picture of production costs for each assembly line/product.

- Proactively analyze the manufacturing value chain to identify root causes of waste and inefficiencies, proposing root-cause cost optimization solutions.

2. Inventory:

- Organize and supervise periodic/ad-hoc physical inventory counts; reconcile ERP system data with actual physical counts to ensure zero unexplained discrepancies.

- Analyze Inventory Aging reports, track slow-moving materials, and calculate inventory reserves in accordance with accounting standards.

- Establish and refine warehouse shrinkage/loss control processes; report and resolve inventory data discrepancies thoroughly.

3. Tax:

- Prepare, review, and submit periodic tax returns (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT) in strict compliance with current tax laws and FDI investment incentive policies.

- Control tax risks from input/output invoices and supporting documents; serve as the main focal point directly explaining financial and tax data to Tax Authorities and Independent Audit firms.

- Participate in Tax Planning; continuously update new Circulars and Decrees to advise the Chief Accountant and Board of Directors on lawful tax optimization strategies.

- Execute periodic VAT refund procedures.

4. Report:

- Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with VAS and IFRS standards.

- Prepare managerial accounting reports as requested.

- Finalize tax settlements and explain reports to relevant stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an equivalent position at manufacturing companies (FDI sector preferred).

• Good conversational English (for working with international partners and internal reporting).

• Possess system management mindset. Candidates with data visualization capabilities or automated reporting knowledge are highly encouraged.

• Candidates residing near the Yen Phong Expansion Industrial Park will be given priority.
