General Accountant

WORKING TIME: MON - FRI
WORKING LOCATION: HIEP PHUOC INDUSTRIAL PARK, NHA BE
1. General Accounting Operations
• Record and manage daily financial transactions (cash, bank, invoices)
• Review, verify, and archive accounting documents and invoices
• Handle cost allocation, depreciation, and intercompany transactions
• Reconcile inventory and issue invoices where required
• Manage receivables and payables, including offsetting balances
2. Reporting
• Prepare monthly financial and tax reports (VAT, AR, AP, inventory)
• Monitor bank balances and loan repayment schedules
• Track employee advances and settlements
3. Data Management & Documentation
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of accounting data
• Maintain and organize accounting records and contracts
• Provide data to relevant stakeholders as required
4. Internal & External Coordination
• Reconcile accounts with suppliers and related companies
• Review expense settlements and support internal processes
• Prepare documents for disbursement and financial transactions
• Calculate and support invoicing for internal service fees
• At least 3 - 5 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a general accounting role
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and systematically
• Proficiency in accounting software and related tools
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and responsibility
• Detail-oriented with a careful and diligent working attitude
• Good reporting and analytical skills
