General Accountant

- Expense report: Collect all expense documents and prepare expense reports monthly and 3 month operation cost documents

- Loan Management: Manage foreign Loans from HQ , follow up on loans repayment schedule, prepare the document to disburse the loan, loan, and capital register with the state bank

- Financial Statement: Prepare the balance sheet, cash flow, income statement, follow the depreciation of the asset; instrument and toll..

- Be able to deal with the Tax officer if there are any Tax issues

- Experienced in handling tax refunds, VAT refund procedures

- All work-related to social insurance of staff

- Proactively advise management on the company’s financial situation & propose action plans

- Other duties as assigned by the director.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Financing...or related fields.

- Experience: at least 3 years of working experience as a General Accountant in warehouse logistics field and project management companies, foreign companies (especially Korean Companies)

- Good knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations (CIT, PIT, FCT) and accounting principles...

- Ability to communicate and write in English. (English proficiency preferred)

- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT,..)

- Good communication skills & teamwork skills

- Positive & enthusiastic attitude towards the work.

WORK PLACE & WORKING TIME

- Floor 17th, PVI Building, Lot VP2 Yen Hoa Residential, and public works, Pham Van Bach, Yen Hoa, Ha Noi

Working time: Mon – Fri (8:00 am – 17:30 pm, lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00) and Saturday 9:00 am -12:00 am (Every other Saturday)
