Garment Cad/Pattern Maker

CAD Garment Technician
Use CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or equivalent) to make pattern design, grading, and marker making for garment products as required.
Adjust, edit, and finalize patterns based on feedback from customers, design teams, or the technical department head.
Calculate and optimize marker layouts to minimize fabric waste.
Coordinate with related departments (technical, production, sample development, design) to ensure product quality and project deadlines.
Organize, manage, and securely store digital pattern and marker data.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.

Garment Pattern Maker
·        Read and interpret design models and blueprints.
·        Create rough-draught templates using computer draughting software and freehand techniques.
·        Measure, cut and design patterns in the material required.
·        Double-cheque the pattern dimensions and style.
·        Meet with Technical Designer to review the final product.
·        Tweak the pattern and filing the design.
·        Report back to company managers.
·        Previous experience as a Pattern Maker.
College/University degree in Garment Technology, Fashion Design, or relevant majors.
Proficient in using one or more garment industry CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, etc.).
Knowledgeable about garment construction techniques and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and understand technical documents related to garment making.
Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible in work.
Preferred candidates with experience in a similar position.
