Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with curiosity about results and the underlying causes behind them.
• Ability to organize ideas systematically and create persuasive planning documents.
• Good communication skills, with a proactive and positive working attitude.
• Interest in arcade idle games or experience in casual game design is preferred.
• Experience in project management.
• Good communication skills in Korean or English.

Required Skills

• AI Tools: Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.
• Documentation Tools: MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.
• Game Engine Knowledge: Basic understanding of game engines such as Unity.
• Project Management Tools: Notion, etc.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of the mobile game and hyper-casual game market.
• Experience in LiveOps operations and A/B testing for mobile games.
• Experience using Unity or other game engines, along with proficiency in collaboration tools.

• Giao tiếp tốt với team, làm việc tích cực và chủ động
• Quan tâm đến thể loại arcade idle hoặc có kinh nghiệm thiết kế casual game
• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án
• Giao tiếp tốt tiếng Hàn hoặc tiếng Anh.

Kỹ năng cần thiết

• Công cụ AI: Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, v.v.
• Công cụ tài liệu:MS Office, Google Workspace, v.v.
• Kiến thức game engine: Hiểu biết cơ bản về game engine như Unity
• Công cụ quản lý dự án: Notion, v.v. 

Ưu tiên nếu có

• Có hiểu biết sâu về thị trường mobile game và hyper-casual
• Có kinh nghiệm vận hành LiveOps và A/B Testing cho mobile game
• Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Unity hoặc game engine khác và thành thạo các công cụ collaboration
