Game Ecosystem Relations Manager

We are looking for a highly connected and proactive Business Development Manager to help expand our network within the Vietnamese game development ecosystem. This role focuses on building relationships with independent game studios, sourcing potential collaboration opportunities, and identifying talented teams and projects for partnership or investment.

The position works directly with the CEO and plays a key role in strengthening our presence in the local indie game community.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent game studios across Vietnam.
• Source potential partnerships, publishing opportunities, and collaboration deals with local studios.
• Identify talented development teams and promising game projects within the Vietnamese game ecosystem.
• Actively expand the company’s network within the game industry, including developers, studio founders, and industry partners.
• Represent the company in meetings, industry events, and developer communities.
• Work closely with the CEO to evaluate partnership opportunities and strategic collaborations.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential studio partners and provide regular updates on deal flow.
• Support early discussions with studios regarding publishing, co-development, or investment opportunities.
• Provide insights about trends, talent movements, and emerging studios in the local market.

• Strong network within the Vietnamese game development ecosystem, especially indie studios.
• Proven experience working in the game industry, such as game publishing, studio management, or ecosystem development.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly outgoing personality with strong networking ability.
• Experience sourcing deals, partnerships, or collaboration opportunities in the gaming sector is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of the Vietnamese indie game scene and studio landscape.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and operate independently.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and comfortable communicating in English.
