Full-Stack Developer (React/Next.js + AI Features) Remote/Hybrid

Job Description

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Vietnam-based)

Start working date: As soon as possible

Working hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 1-hour lunch break). Saturday if required.

Responsibilities:

You'll be the main developer on a small, fast-moving product. You'll do two things:

1. Finish and polish the existing app. Complete remaining product features, fix bugs, add an automated test suite, and help harden the app for production (security, reliability, deployment).

2. Build AI features (with guidance). Implement LLM-powered features on top of the app - starting with DocuRead: a feature that reads uploaded building documents, auto-renames and files them, extracts data into the system, and flags what's missing against a checklist.

You'll be supported by the founder (who owns the domain knowledge) and a senior AI advisor (who sets the architecture) - you bring solid engineering and a willingness to learn the AI side.
There is a clear growth path: once launched, there's a full roadmap of AI features to build (compliance checking, document comparison, workflow automation) for the right person who grows with us.

Tech stack:

- Web: Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui

- Backend/Data: Node server actions, Prisma ORM, Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage)

- AI: Anthropic Claude (already integrated), LLM APIs, document parsing (PDF)

- Infra: Vercel, GitHub, GitHub Actions CI

What you'll do:

- Build and finish features across the front end (React/Next.js) and back end (server actions + Prisma/Postgres).

- Implement AI features by calling LLM APIs — extracting structured data from documents, generating drafts, checking documents against checklists — following the architecture the senior advisor sets.

- Work with PDF documents: extract text and data, handle uploads and files.

- Write automated tests and help improve the app's reliability and security.

- Ship features to production step by step with the founder's review.

Job requirements

- 2+ years building web applications (strong juniors with excellent projects are welcome).

- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript with React (Next.js a strong plus).

- Comfortable with Node.js back-end work and a relational database (PostgreSQL / any SQL + an ORM).

- Genuine interest and some hands-on experience with AI / LLMs - e.g. you've built something using the OpenAI or Claude API, a chatbot, a RAG demo, an AI side-project, or coursework. You don't need to be an AI expert; you need to be eager and able to learn it fast with guidance.

- Careful, reliable coder who is willing to write tests and follow a clear architecture.

- English: intermediate (B1-B2) - able to read English technical documentation and communicate clearly in written English with the founder. (Most of our source documents are in English.)

Nice to have:

- Experience with Supabase, Prisma or Vercel.

- Any experience with RAG, embeddings/vector search, LLM tool-calling, or AI agents.

- PDF/OCR or document-processing experience.

- Experience with SaaS products or document-heavy / compliance domains.

- 18 –28 million VND/month gross, negotiable based on experience. 2-month probation with full salary.
