• The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for frontend and backend development for Smartlog STM products, while also contributing beyond assigned responsibilities through creativity and continuous improvement.
• Directly participate in building innovative, solution-oriented products through programming, solution research, and collaboration with customers and implementation teams.
• Participate in developing one of Vietnam's leading logistics platforms, with a team that researches and applies new technologies in the logistics industry.

Your Skills and Experience

At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core. Experience with Angular, AngularJS, React, or React Native is preferred. Ability to design scalable databases. Ability to design and implement APIs for large-scale systems. Experience developing highly reusable components for Angular or React. Support the team in code reviews and proactively identify issues that may affect system performance and stability. Experience with the following technologies is a plus: AWS, Microservices, MySQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes Ability to apply AI tools in daily work. Strong AI-assisted development mindset to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving capability. Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent AI coding assistants. Ability to leverage AI for coding, debugging, refactoring, test case generation, performance optimization, code review, and technical research. Ability to validate and control AI-generated outputs to ensure correctness, security, and source code maintainability. Strong logical and systematic thinking. Passion for information technology and building innovative products from a technology foundation is a strong advantage.
