Freight Forwarding Manager (For Ha Noi Office)

-Managing all import and export activities via sea, air, and multimodal transport. 

-Manage Forwarding team’s workload and workforce, assign tasks that fits each person’s ability

-Checking cost for freight, inland transportation, cross border, warehouse 

-Following project cargo, including survey report, estimate cost, making quotation 

-Establish and maintain relationships with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, international forwarders, overseas agents, trucking companies, warehouses, etc., to optimize costs and service quality.

-Control risks during cargo handling and delivery, and lead the handling of any incidents that arise.

-Performing tasks and reports as per Board of Director's request

-Supporting and following customer request with staff.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Have over 5 year experience in forwarding/operation team in logistics company. Have 2-3 years in management position 

- English – spoken and written

- Deep knowledge of international sea and air forwarding, 

- Having Leadership, People Management, Negotiation, Effective Communication skill

-Experience in Customer Servicing, Vendor Management, Cost Control, Problem control and Solving

- Who want to work in long-term, Able to work under high pressure and ability to oversee multi-tasks
