[Forwarder/NVOCC] Nhân Viên Customer Service Export

- Releasing booking/e booking for customer.
- Issuing monthly/weekly LCL sailing schedule, following the changes of schedule of all LCL routes.
- Checking route’s regulation, cargo acceptance, MSDS, over dimension surcharge,…
- Checking cargo status, consol box status: ETD, ETA, DO release date, cargo release date,…
- Checking cargo delivery status, update cargo receipt for customer and agent.
- Cross team with LOG team for trucking/ customs status.
- Checking door rate: DDU, DDP, DAP,…
- Solving trouble, claim from customer/agent,…
- Making team’s weekly report/monthly report.
- Assisting sales/customer for occurred issue.
- Handling other arising tasks or tasks assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University, majoring in Import-Export, Foreign Economic, ... and related majors.
- Having from 1 year of experience in shipping lines, forwarders, etc.
- Good English communication; and good English negotiation is an advance.
- Commercial mind, good at analysis skill, problem solving skill.
- Flexible, agile, hardworking, responsible, careful, meticulous
