Foreign Lawyer

As an integral member of the legal team, the successful candidate will advise and coordinate for our foreign clients on all aspects of investment in Vietnam. The scope of work spans corporate and commercial matters, as well as labor, PDP, and tax-related issues. GvW positions itself as a full-service advisor, delivering commercially focused, pragmatic solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with a highly experienced team of local lawyers, tax advisors, and CPAs, ensuring high-quality, consistent client communication. The role requires ownership and coordination of client matters across all aspects of their investment activities, executed with precision, efficiency, and a strong service mindset.

Candidates should ideally have prior experience with an international law firm in Vietnam or, at a minimum, in Southeast Asia. A civil law educational background is expected; German language skills are highly desirable. Admission to a foreign bar is mandatory.
