Position Overview: We are seeking motivated graduates to join our team as Paraplanners, supporting Financial Advisers who provide personal financial advice to individual clients. This role is ideal for those who are interested in wealth management, personal finance, and financial planning.

Applicants with prior experience will be offered a rate that reflects their capabilities.

Note: This is not a corporate finance role. You will not be working on company financials, M&A, or valuation. All work relates to individual clients and their personal financial strategies.

Students awaiting graduation who are able to work full-time and have outstanding academic results are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Advice Support

• Prepare advice documents based on adviser instructions.

• Ensure documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

Client Case Management

• Maintain up-to-date client information using XPLAN (training provided).

• Assist advisers with tracking client progress and follow-up requirements.

Product Research

• Compare superannuation, investment, and insurance products.

• Summarize product features to support adviser recommendations.

Applications & Administration

• Prepare application forms for personal financial products.

• Follow up with clients and external providers (super funds, insurers, fund managers).

• Coordinate meetings and prepare documents for client reviews.

Process Improvement

• Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and improve service quality.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficiency in English, especially in writing and speaking (IELTS Certificate of 7.0+ or equivalent required).

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with effective time management skills.

• Preference given to Australian graduates.
