Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Financial Advisory Consultant ($600, ID12338)Financial & Tax Advisory: Prepare and deliver high-quality reports in key advisory areas, including:Financial & Tax Due Diligence.
IFRS Advisory and Internal Control Advisory / Internal Audit.
Transfer Pricing documentation (under the instruction of the TP Manager and project allocation).Business Valuation: Perform financial valuations of businesses and assets (both tangible and intangible assets) utilizing the income approach (discounted cash flows), market approach (multiples), and cost approach. (Collaborate with external valuation firms when required).M&A Support: Handle Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) projects to assist clients through complex transaction phases.
Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients and target management teams to deeply understand their business models, operations, and expectations, ensuring these insights are accurately reflected in final deliverables.
Team Collaboration: Guide and instruct subordinates/junior staff to effectively execute procedures required for report preparation

Male/Female; Age: 23 - 28 years oldGraduated from University major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related majors.
From 2 years of experience in the field of Accounting/Finance/Auditing.
Solid experience in consulting service with tax, financial analyst, internal audit and so on.
Certificated in ACCA, CPA, CFA is preferred.
Good at English.
