Tuyển dụng 财务会计与资产负债专业管理/Financial Accountant tại Hà Nội

- 1. 日常会计核算与资产管理: 凭证审核与核算: 审核各部门提交的日常费用报销及业务单据,及时、准确地进行会计账务处理。
- 付款管理: 负责日常各项费用及业务款项的支付结算工作。
- 档案管理: 收集、整理原始凭证,按规定进行会计档案的装订、保管与归档。
- 固定资产管理: 负责固定资产的账务处理; 定期配合相关部门进行固定资产盘点与清查; 依法依规办理固定资产的处置与报废手续。
- 2. 监管与总行报表编制: 按时、高质量完成向国家银行(SBV)及总行提交的定期会计与财务监管报表。
- 3. 税务管理: 负责增值税(VAT)、企业所得税(CIT)、承包商税(FCT)等各项税种的计算、申报、纳税凭证管理及按时缴纳工作。
- 4. 财务预算与指标预测: 定期测算与预测银行的各项财务指标、经营指标及资产规模变动趋势,为管理层决策提供数据支持。
- 5. 资产负债管理(ALM)与风险监控: 协助管理资产负债(ALM)相关工作。
- 负责编制相关报告,对流动性风险、利率风险及汇率风险进行日常测算、监控及压力测试(Stress Testing)。
- 6. 其他工作: 配合审计与检查: 配合内部审计、外部审计以及税务、监管部门的检查与调阅工作。
- 完成部门主管及行领导交办的其他临时性工作。
- Core Accounting & Operations: Managing daily bookkeeping, payments, expense audits, tax compliance (VAT, CIT, FCT), and fixed asset tracking.
- Regulatory Compliance: Preparing and submitting critical financial reports to the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) and Head Office.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Budgeting, forecasting financial indicators, and providing data-driven insights to management.
- Risk Management (ALM): Monitoring and stress-testing liquidity, interest rate, and FX risks while supporting audit processes.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1、学历背景: 财务、会计、金融等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 2、工作经验: 具有1-3年及以上银行或金融机构会计/财务工作经验者优先。 具有资产负债管理(ALM)经验者优先。
- 3、专业技能: 较好了解越南会计准则(VAS)、银行会计制度及各项税法规定; 熟练使用办公软件; 中文流利。
- 4、能力素质: 工作严谨细致,具有高度的责任心、良好的沟通协调能力与抗压能力。
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, banking, or related majors.
- Work Experience: 1-3+ years of accounting/finance experience in banks or financial institutions is preferred; experience in Asset-Liability Management (ALM) is highly preferred.
- Professional Skills: Solid understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), banking accounting systems, and various tax regulations; proficient in office software; fluent in Chinese.
- Competencies & Attributes: Rigorous and meticulous attention to detail; high sense of responsibility; strong communication, coordination, and stress-resistance skills.
