Finance Specialist

1. Assist the Finance Manager in factory financial management, ensuring strict implementation of the company’s financial management systems and internal control framework.
2. In accordance with Vietnamese accounting standards, handle daily accounting and document processing, including expense bookkeeping, maintaining ledgers, and prepare financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
3. Manage daily financial receipts and payments, process expense reimbursements, and conduct payroll statistics in a timely manner.
4. Contact and coordinate with local tax authorities, support tax inspections, and ensure complete and compliant financial documentation. Optimize tax planning strategies.
5. Organize and participate in inventory counts of warehouse materials, fixed assets, machinery and spare parts, etc.
6. Track the latest fiscal and tax policies, and report necessary adjustments to systems and regulations to the Finance Manager in a timely manner.
1. University graduate, with 5+ years of finance experience; manufacturing factory experience and professional accounting qualifications are preferred.
2. Familiar with Vietnamese and international accounting standards; proficient in accounting systems including SAP, MISA, etc.
3. Advanced skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
4. Chinese and English communication is required.
