Duties:

- Input data into database systems combined with review and reconciliation to find deficiencies or errors, fix any incompatibilities, and check the output.

- Collect, categorize, update data and new information.

- Communicate with service providers, clients, or other stakeholders to troubleshoot invoices when needed.

- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

- May need to periodically create reports based on the data system.

- Other ad-hoc duties.

- Working hour: Monday - Friday, working from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Yêu cầu công việc

- Age range 23-35 years old

- IELTS 6.5+

- Able to work well in a team.

- Due to the nature of the work, accuracy and speed are the top criteria.

- Attention to detail and task management. You will have to work with a large number of invoices so being able to organize and prioritize tasks is a must.

- Organization and time-management skills with an ability to stay focused on the assigned task.

- Comply with data integrity and security policies as well as keep the information confidential.

- Ability to think logically and work independently.

Experience:

- Basic office and data entry skills like fast typing with an eye for detail.

- Proficient in office computer skills.

- Good at English and especially writing skills as required to handle emails.

- No experience is required, all members will receive training in a methodical, detailed, and dedicated way.

- Experience in accounting and finance or graduation from related fields is an advantage.
