• Work under the direction and guidance of the Head of the Accounting Department

• Collect and analyze data, track information, and support the company and clients

• Handle customer information honestly, confidentially, and with integrity

• Run payroll (pay run) for clients

• Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records

• Prepare BAS, Tax Returns, Financial Statements, and other accounting and tax-related tasks

• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes

• Communicate internally and, when required, with Australian clients in English

• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

• Age: 23–28

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

• High attention to detail, responsibility, and professional ethics

• Willingness to learn Australian accounting and taxation

• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software

Australian Accounting & Tax

• Australian accounting or tax experience is NOT mandatory

• Candidates with Australian accounting/bookkeeping experience will be highly regarded

• Previous experience working with Australian clients or in an Australian company environment is a strong advantage
