Finance Business Partner

• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare monthly management reports and analyze sales, gross margin, profitability, OPEX, and key business KPIs.
• Conduct variance analysis against Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year, providing actionable recommendations.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support commercial decisions, investments, pricing, promotions, and business initiatives.
• Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and strengthen budget control.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Improve financial reporting, dashboards, planning models, and FP&A processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Commercial Finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Experience in fashion retail, FMCG, consumer goods, or multi-store retail is preferred.
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA is an advantage.
