Finance Accounting Manager

We are seeking a strategic financial leader to elevate our Management Accounting function. Moving beyond traditional reporting, this role acts as a Strategic Business Partner to the C-Suite and Board. You will orchestrate complex budgeting cycles, drive financial storytelling through advanced data visualization, and manage critical relationships with investors and financial institutions. This position requires a candidate with a global mindset, capable of navigating cross-border financial operations in markets such as Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Financial Planning & Budgeting (FP&A)
   • Orchestrate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Lead the consolidation of the group-wide budget, working cross-functionally with Business Units (Direct Brand, Affiliate, Project) to align financial targets with strategic objectives,.
   • Rolling Forecasts: Oversee quarterly budget cycles and rolling forecasts, analyzing variances between actuals vs. budget to provide early warnings and actionable recommendations to the BOD,.
   • Capital Allocation: Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and evaluate investment efficiency to ensure optimal ROI for the group.
2. Advanced Management Reporting & Business Intelligence
   • Financial Storytelling: Transform raw financial data into strategic insights. oversee the production of monthly management reports (P&L by business line, unit economics, cash flow) that guide decision-making,.
   • Data Visualization Leadership: Drive the adoption of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) to automate reporting pipelines and create real-time financial dashboards for internal stakeholders.
   • Cost Optimization: Deep-dive into cost structures (allocations, labor costs, COGS) to identify leakage and opportunities for margin improvement.
3. Investor Relations (IR) & Fundraising Support
   • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary financial liaison for external investors and financial institutions. Prepare board decks, financial presentations, and investment memorandums.
   • Due Diligence Readiness: Maintain a "due diligence ready" state for financial data to support potential fundraising rounds, M&A activities, or strategic partnerships.
   • Credit & Treasury: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure working capital and optimize cash flow management.
4. Leadership & Process Transformation
   • Team Development: Mentor and upskill the Management Accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, data accuracy, and business partnering,.
   • Global Standardization: Harmonize financial processes and reporting standards across overseas entities (Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand/MY) to ensure consistency and compliance.

Competencies (Skills-Based Model)

• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Advanced proficiency in building complex financial models, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
• Accounting Standards: Deep knowledge of VAS and IFRS; ability to manage conversion between standards for international reporting,.
• Tech-Savviness: Mastery of Excel (VBA/Macros) is mandatory. Proficiency in SQL, Power Query, or Power BI is critical for this role

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. A master's degree is plus.
• Certifications: Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CFA is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in Finance/Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role specializing in FP&A or Management Accounting,.
