Field Application Engineer (FDI company)

• Support technical activities for marketing events, customer engagement, and

partner enablement.

• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer requirements and technical information

to support opportunity qualification.

• Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC), and technical

presentations.

• Develop technical proposals, including system configuration, BoQ, and RFP

responses.

• Collaborate with internal teams, factories, and third-party partners to ensure

optimal solutions.

• Support technical validation, configuration alignment, and deal execution.

• Assist with system delivery, implementation, and acceptance testing.

• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting after delivery.

• Contribute to continuous improvement through customer feedback and technical

insights.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

• 1–3+ years of Engineer experience in Telecommunication or equivalent industry.

• Basic knowledge of RF fundamentals (spectrum, modulation, propagation, etc.).

• Understanding of wireless communication systems (LTE/5G is a plus).

• Experience with RF measurement or wireless communication systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication skills and willingness to work directly with customers.

• Proactive learning attitude and ability to quickly acquire new technical knowledge.

• Business-level proficiency in English (reading documents, communicating internally

and with vendors).

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g. spectrum analyzer, signal

generator, network analyzer).

• Experience with protocol testing or wireless testers (e.g. call box, UE simulator) is a

plus.

• Experience in 5G / LTE / wireless technologies.

• Experience supporting customers or working in technical support / field application

roles.

• Interest or experience in pre-sales, demo, or customer-facing roles.
