Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Development Manager to lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications that support company operations and growth. This role is responsible for managing the development team, driving technology initiatives, ensuring project delivery, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

SPECIALIZING IN BUILDING, CODING, AND OPERATING MICROSOFT DYNAMIC SYSTEMS FOR INTERIOR DESIGN COMPANIES AND WOODEN FURNITURE MANUFACTURING FACTORIES.

• Write code and develop the company's workflow systems through applications.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Application Development team.

• Define team objectives, development standards, and best practices.

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.

• Oversee application development, enhancement, and maintenance.

• Review system architecture, code quality, and technical design.

• Work closely with business users to understand requirements.

• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks.

• Oversee SQL Server database design and optimization.

• Ensure successful integration between ERP, APIs, and third-party systems.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software or application development.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.
NET / ASP.
NET Core, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, and SQL Server.

• Experience with API Integration, Database Design, SQL Optimization, Git, and IIS.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with ERP systems and business applications.

• Understanding of business processes including Retail, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Construction, Project Management, Finance, and Accounting.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Services.

• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Experience with Angular or React frameworks.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Work at Alliance's Factory, 21-23 B, Tan Duc Industry Park, Duc Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province.

Working time: Monday to Saturday, 07:30 - 11:45; 11:45 - 16:30.

Having company shuttle bus.
