Facility Engineer (New Company)

Our client is a US-based global technology company specializing in engineered solutions and components for the electronics industry. As part of its continued expansion in Vietnam, the company is investing in new manufacturing capacity and developing its local operations team.

The Vietnam operation is growing rapidly, with a new manufacturing facility under development and a long-term target to significantly expand production capacity and workforce.

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of facility infrastructure systems within the manufacturing plant, including: Air Conditioning System; High/Low Electrical System; Waste Water Treatment System; PCCC;...

- Develop maintenance, repair, and upgrade plans for equipment and machinery to ensure stable and safe operations.

- Regularly monitor and inspect equipment to detect issues early and conduct timely repairs.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain operational and safety standards within the plant.

- Propose and implement improvement measures to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.

- Prepare technical reports and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management within manufacturing plants.

- Strong background in electrical systems, with a solid understanding of industrial electrical principles and standards.

- Good communication skills; Good at English

- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong capability to handle high-pressure situations.
