Export Team Manager

• Lead and manage the overall Export Team operations.

• Handle and supervise Sea Export, Air Export, and Express shipments.

• Coordinate trucking arrangements to ensure timely cargo movement.

• Work closely with the Import Team and Customs Team to ensure smooth operational flow.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and customers.

• Review export documentation, bookings, shipping schedules, and operational performance.

• Support the Korean Operations Manager in managing daily operations.

• Lead, train, coach, and develop junior export staff.

• Resolve operational issues and continuously improve workflow and service quality.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding export operations.

• Strong experience in Sea Export, Air Export, and Express operations.

• Experience in coordinating trucking and customs clearance processes.

• Leadership experience or experience supervising junior staff is preferred.

• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English.

• Experience with forwarding systems is an advantage.
