- Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Export Sales Staff (Automotive, ID21459, 800USD)
- Client Network Expansion: Proactively identify and engage prospective international distributors for our premium elastomeric and automotive rubber components.
- Order Formulation: Evaluate customer specifications for pneumatic and rubberized wheel solutions; prepare commercial quotations and align technical parameters with client requirements.
- Production Synchronization: Partner with Planning and Manufacturing units to secure production slots, ensuring delivery schedules for technical rubber parts remain on track.
- Export Documentation: Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) and freight carriers to manage international shipments. Generate essential export records including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, C/O, B/L, and EUDR-compliant certifications.
- Post-Sales Stewardship: Manage order lifecycles from dispatch to port-of-entry, resolving technical queries or logistics issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/female, under 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in export sales, international trade, or order fulfillment within the manufacturing sector (preferably in automotive components, industrial rubber, or polymer industries).
- Solid command of Incoterms, global payment mechanisms (T/T, L/C), and international shipping documents.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) for contract review and direct partner communication.
- Strong competency in MS Excel; experience with ERP frameworks (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly valued.
