JOB PURPOSE
Provide comprehensive hands-on support for all day-to-day IT needs within the VVIP terminal, covering systems, users, devices, connectivity, and local infrastructure. This is the dedicated 'make it work' role for the site, ensuring that end-users, VIP lounges, and operational workstations experience flawless technical performance.

Qualifications & Work Experience:
• 4+ years in IT support, infrastructure support, or site engineering roles.
• Experience in hospitality, office campuses, healthcare, aviation, or MSP support is useful.
• Certifications & Licenses: Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), CompTIA A+/Network+, or equivalent vendor certifications preferred.
