Experienced Order Management - Export To US & EU (English Speaking) - 2 Positions

• Keep track of the daily production order arrangement of suppliers, shipping plans, and inspection arrangements to ensure on-time delivery;

• Focus on the customer, coordinate and communicate with the internal development/QA QC teams, identify and resolve issues in advance to improve customer satisfaction;

• Manage and train suppliers to ensure they follow required processes and meet customer requirements;

• Maintain and update the supplier database while improving supplier performance;

• Report order progress and other related tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College degree or higher

• Nationality: Vietnamese

• Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

• Over 5 years of experience as an export order tracking staff, preferably familiar with Hardline products such as Seasonal and Houseware products;

• Experience tracking orders with major retail customers in Europe and the US is a plus;

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common office software;

• Positive, proactive personality, with good communication and teamwork skills.
