Event & Trade Marketing Supervisor

- Event and Activation Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of food events, activations, sampling, exhibitions, roadshows, store openings, and trade promotions.
- Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines, food safety standards, and company policies
- Trade Marketing Execution
- Plan and deploy POSM, merchandising tools, and promotional materials across MT, TT, Horeca, and Retail shop channels.
- Coordinate with Sales to prioritize key accounts, key regions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Budget and Resource Control
- Manage assigned BTL and event budgets with cost efficiency and transparency.
- Optimize agency, supplier, and vendor performance.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Track campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as sell-out uplift, coverage, execution quality, and ROI.
- Prepare post-event reports, insights, and improvement plans.
- Team and Vendor Management
- Supervise execution staff, promoters, and agencies through clear briefing, follow-up, and evaluation.
- Coach junior team members on execution excellence and brand standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 4–5 years experience in Event Marketing or Trade Marketing (FMCG or Food industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of BTL, POSM, and channel execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; design or reporting tools is a plus
- Strong execution and follow-up
