Event Marketing Intern - Nam

Assist in brand marketing administration and activities in the Vietnam market.
Assist to co-ordinate events.
Assist on request POSM/FOC and arrange with Warehouse to delivery POSM/FOC for shop who join the display product program.
Follow with customer request on group chat to brief for internal designer for poster & menu.
Assist to follow payment with supplier/bartender.
Administrative support to the marketing team.
Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested.
Social media support: Translation content calendar; Create content on Social post.
Complete the Ad-hoc as requested by the managements.

Internship duration: 6 months (Full time)Willing to work in nightlife eventsOpen for undergraduate student in Marketing / Public Relation / Events Management or relating major.
Willingness to work in a team environment.
Handle multiple of tasks.
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).Be Confident in English writing & speaking.
Passion, outgoing, team oriented.
