- ESL/TEFL Teacher Working hours Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Saturday when assigned by the School Board or Management)

- Campus location Sunshine Maple Bear School, Phu Thuong, Tay Ho, Hanoi.

I.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teach English to Kindergarten/Elementary/Secondary school students in alignment with the Sunshine Maple Bear curriculum and learning standards.
• Preparing curriculum and lesson plans, and teaching materials for class instruction and activities.
• Adapt teaching methods and learning strategies to meet the diverse needs, interests, and English proficiency levels of students.
• Conduct regular assessments of student attainment, monitor academic progress, and provide constructive feedback to students and school leadership.
• Establish positive classroom expectations, ensuring a safe, supportive, and active learning environment while observing student behavior and social development.
• Confer regularly with fellow teachers, parents, or guardians to discuss student progress, achievements, and any academic or behavioral needs.
• Design and implement remedial or enrichment programs for students requiring extra guidance.
• Active participation in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events.
• Plan and lead extracurricular activities, such as English clubs, academic contests, and cultural events.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

II.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (Kindergarten/Elementary/Secondary focus preferred) with an internationally recognized English teaching certification (TEFL / TESOL / CELTA).
• Freshly Graduated is applicable
• Fluent level English speaker with an accent easily discernible and clear to young Vietnamese learners.
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional competency in active classroom management, time management, and interpersonal relations.
• Adaptable, patient, flexible, devoted, and maintaining a highly positive outlook.
• Ability to make a contractual commitment for up to 2 full academic years.
